Unspoken Words, Unrevealed Secrets
He was looking incredible with that same innocent smile I remembered so well. His eyes sparkled like twin stars, holding a warmth that made everything else fade away. To my luck, there was only one seat left—and it was right in front of him. Perhaps destiny wanted us to meet like this.
Amidst the crowd, it felt as if we were the only two people there. Everything else blurred into the background. We didn’t exchange many words, but our eyes seemed to carry the conversation effortlessly. The connection we shared in those unspoken moments was more powerful than anything I could have imagined.
As the reunion came to an end, filled with laughter and cherished memories, I found myself searching for him in the crowd to say bye. To my surprise, he was searching for me too. Our eyes met one last time, and in that glance, I bid him farewell—a silent exchange of emotions too deep for words.
On my way home, I felt as though I was walking on air. I couldn’t believe it was him, the same boy I had secretly admired fifteen years ago. That brief encounter brought back a flood of feelings, and for the first time, I realized I wanted to tell him everything—all the secrets I had kept locked away in my heart. Everyone had known he was my childhood crush, except him.
The moment I got home, I couldn’t hold back any longer. I texted him, "I was so happy to see you after all these years. You haven’t changed a bit." I tried to keep my excitement in check, but my heart was racing as I sent the message.
Later that night, at 11 PM, I sent him another message: "I want to tell you a secret." I could almost feel his curiosity through the screen, and my own anticipation grew stronger.
It was time to reveal the biggest secret of my life. What would his reaction be? I could only wait and hope that my words would reach the place in his heart where my feelings had lived all these years.
